Patios, walkways, retaining walls and seat walls built to match the design, on compacted bases that stay level for years.
Irrigation and Lighting
Drip and spray zones on a smart timer so nothing gets over-watered, plus path and accent lighting so the yard works after dark.
Turf and Lawns
Real sod or artificial turf depending on how you'll use the space. We'll tell you honestly which one fits your yard and your budget.
Building for San Juan Capistrano Soil and Sun
San Juan Capistrano runs hotter than the coast, and the inland pockets past the Mission district can bake in summer. Up in Marbella and the hillside tracts we design for slope, so retaining walls and drainage come first. On equestrian properties we plan for space, dust and real use. We pick plants that take the inland heat and still read lush, then set irrigation to match.
